This "vigilante vendor" is going to stay here in Quartzsite through the May 18th election this year. After that, the weather will determine when we tear down for the season. So pray for cool weather LOL! (If it becomes too hot for the safety of the animals - then it's time to go...)

Being here in Quartzsite, desert country in southwest Arizona, passing by Vigilante Vendor's multiple old trailers all hooked together in one mess, I wonder if all this week and last being in the high 90 degree temperatures, when does she think the weather becomes too 'hot' for the safety of the animals???
ReplyDeleteShe also has mentioned that there are a/c's there, if that were to be true...then why would you worry about the heat??? From the outside these a/c's are not visible.
Possibly things need to be investigated?
I apologize, I forgot to ask...
ReplyDeleteWhat are your Industry credentials? Where were you trained?
On another blog you write, you mentioned you were one of the best pet groomers in the entire USA. Would you mind showing us your Industry Awards?
Thank you.
My industry awards from a quarter century in the business are packed away in my storage unit, along with the trophies from a decade plus as an exhibitor and dog show judge. There are too many to put up and not enough wall space in the shop. Fortunately, my work speaks for itself so I don't need to show off a bunch of baubles that need to be dusted frequently. But if it really means that much to you, I'll get them out of storage in the fall and put the most impressive up for the Town to scrutinize. Do you want the magazine articles too?
ReplyDeleteAnd the roof air conditioners are visible "from the outside" even from the street, although you might have to trespass to see the solar panels that run the lights so that all the power goes to the air conditioning. I wouldn't suggest that.
Too hot is when the air can't keep up. Most units will only reduce the temp. by about 20 - 25 degrees under the outside temp. So if it's 105 outside, then it's 85 inside. But it hasn't even hit a hundred here yet, so I guess Mother Nature likes me a lot!A dog's "normal" body temperature range is 100.5 - 102.5 Fahrenheit (38 - 39.2 Celsius), so as long as it's not hotter than that outside when they have to "go potty", the dogs are not in any danger.
And don't forget, I WAS "investigated" for no reason already and no deficiencies were discovered. That and the subsequent treatment is why I'm suing the body politic. I wouldn't recommend that anyone try it again.
Wow, it's a beautiful day again today. We've had what must be record low temperatures a lot this month. Currently it's only 76 degrees outside. Our new mayor thinks this is cold, so he's wearing a sweater!!! Maybe Doe, I should put sweaters on the dogs too...gonna be down to a chilly 60 degees tonight LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteI wonder, when DOES it get too hot for the animals here??? I mean, some people actually stay here all summer. Maybe Doe should leave me alone and "investigate" what Willpower Inc. does with the shelter animals when it's 130 degrees outside and Alex Taft is only running dilapidated swamp coolers.
